An event to look out for!

Guess who is leading the way, why none other than the great JB but not in his JB. Still maybe the 2016 poster?

A JB van for sale in Sydney.

Up for sale is an old 50s era Morris Austin van,
They've become a rare and collectible vehicle and would be a great project for someone who wants to restore this back to original or convert to a rat or hot rod
I bought this from a deceased estate and was informed that it was running prior to being stored over 25 years ago
It is complete and has a few spares, there is rust in the body but the chassis structure is good
The van is located in Sydney at Rozelle
I'm willing to help with transport and loading if required
If you want any further information call Mike 0419 800 700
Check out e-bay Australia.

Air Show at Avalon Airport

Our Army Moke hasn’t been out for a while, so when we were invited to be part of the Press Preview of the 2015 Australian Air Show at Avalon Airport, we jumped at the chance.
Three World War Jeeps, a Humvee, and our Moke.

There were lots of planes on display in the hanger, and we had lots of flying displays.

Even a FA 18 took a 18 minute flight from its base 1000 km away – and turned up at the front door
In all a good day out

HISTORIC COMMERCIAL VEHICLE SHOW.

Today was the day of the annual HISTORIC COMMERCIAL VEHICLE show in Melbourne.
The “Historic Commercial Vehicle Club” publishes a magazine and Andrew scored front page.
Last year we had 5 J Vans, the year before we had 7 J Vans, but only 2 true believers attended today (Andrew and Us).

Our Van looked good reflected in Andrew’s nice shiny hub caps.

Lots of trucks and busses, but if you want EVERYTHING this fuel tanker had you covered.

The old Morris trucks were well represented with 3 nice (1949) LC Trucks

And we even found an old magazine (1963) with an advertisement for goods delivered in a J Van.

In all a good day out.
